What is your favorite /healthy/ snack?
For me, my go-to is Celery! As of right now, there is no other snack out there that satisfies me as much as a few sticks of celery do. Why? I get rid of my salty cravings, get filled up, and know that snacking on celery is a super healthy alternative compared to...chips, pretzels, or other high in salt foods.
Most times, when you are craving salty foods you are dehydrated OR you have a silicon or chloride deficiency. Celery, is a good way to curb those cravings.
Add in some all natural Peanut Butter or other Nut Butters and you’re golden!
