Advo-Kitts ONE/80 Healthy Transformation tip of the week - Hydration! My husband found this handy Slim water jug at our local grocery store - I find it helps me keep track of my daily intake. I fill up in the am and always refill my cup from the jug. The recommended half my body weight in ounces is about 2 quarts, but years of dancing & teaching dance have upped my preferred water intake to around 90 ounces, and w/3 small kiddos distracting me this has been a huge help!
