Lady Larra Rogare fue hija de Lysandro Rogare. Se casó con el entonces príncipe Viserys Targaryen y tuvo tres hijos con él, Aegon, Aemon y Naerys. Abandonó a su esposo y murió antes de que ascendiera al trono como Viserys II, por lo que no llegó a ser reina consorte.
