hey, I'm fresh out of a long term, serious relationship. The heartbreak is very real and very painful, do you have anything that could maybe help ease it? or even any friendly advice?

As personal advise, I know it sounds cliche but forget about them romantically entirely. In most cases, it is easier to be friends with your ex than ignore them. Ignoring them causes stress and sometimes anxiety, so maybe strike up casual conversation. Forget you ever dated, but stay friends :)

@ the ballet/pointe shoe ask... As a ballerina, I would be VERY careful with this. you can't rush your transition to pointe shoes because it requires incredible ankle strength, and if you aren't prepared then you just aren't prepared. I understand your frustration, but waiting and building your strength for a few more years is better than permanently injuring yourself. Pointe work is tricky business, and magic could help nurture and encourage progress but you should really do this yourself
