I am disappointed. The new Aero advert had me believing that I would find myself on a magically appearing Space Hopper.

I am devouring these Aero Bubbles and as yet, no Space Hopper.

Aero, I am disappoint.

Cupcakes for my Lover

My first test cupcakes for tumblr will be for Pete, my special man friend.

He just so happens to love mint chocolate and has been stuffing his face with mint chocolate aero bubbles recently. I'm gonna try and make some mint chocolate aero cupcakes! 

I figure i could make the chocolate sponge mix as normal, separate it into the cake cases, and put two or three of the mint bubbles in the case with the mix. I have no idea if this will work out, the bubble could cook too quickly and just burn inside the cake. I'm also curious to see if the mint will leak out into the sponge and make it have green hints in it. That would be awesome! 

I'm gonna ice the cakes with chocolate icing and grate some mint aero's on top to create green chocolate flakes. 

So thats my plan.... will let ya know how it goes :D
