she will always be my inspiration
My Hollywood icon
So, I've kinda wanted to talk about this for a while now, and others who follow my blog might be asking..
Sugar...
What's your inspiration for your AU? Did someone inspire you?
Well, the answer is yes! Sadly, this blog in particular is discontinued, but it played a big role in my childhood.
The blog in question is @ask-sky-family. Yes, a Skyward Sword Aftermath AU. Ik what you're thinking.. "But it's so old! And it's Zelda, not TADC!"
Well, you are right. It is a Zelda AU.
As a little kid, I'd say from first or second grade, my mother had signed into YouTube on our Wii U. As a kid, you'd probably expect me to watch 2010's brainrot at this age, but no, you'd be wrong! I would watch dubs of the comics made by the artist, Ferisae, which were tear jerkers, mind you, and I LOVED them.
Skyward Sword was a big part of my childhood. If we were ever friends as little kids, I wouldn't stop talking about it.
If you'd want to know the comic dub in question, it's right here:
This was peak cinema as a second grader, and still is. I promise you.
Now, to answer the question of "why" my inspiration was a blog that has nothing to do with TADC.
The family moments. The wholesomeness. The slight edge. Building a town from the ground up with townsfolk who are somewhat like family.
This was the inspiration for my AU.
My AU follows alternative events from episode 5 where Pomni and Jax become really good friends, to which they start dating, and eventually marry.
After marriage, Pomni decided to move forward on a project she wanted to present to Caine. To build a neighborhood/community outside the circus tent. From the ground up. She didn't want him to simply snap his fingers and make a town appear, oh, no. She wanted him to provide resources and tools so they could do it themselves.
After lots of hard work, their town was finished. A few houses, a fountain, a grocery shop, a school, a restaurant, a community pool, and a park.
Then, everything just kinda speaks for itself.
Slice of life.
That was my goal.
Lava bolder chase
Inspired by this moment in the game "Marsupilami Hoobadventure" and "Tad the lost explorer" where the characters get chased by a giant lava bolder, I just can't resist doing this with Zoe, Jawva's not the only one who get's into trouble.

Do you have a biggest inspiration? if so, who?
To be honest, I've never really thought about it... Idk, it's kinda hard to say... but rn, artists in the Undertale/AU fandom inspire me the most. They all make such cool works (even tho I don't really follow specific artists that much). My sister's also a source of inspiration — thanks to her for her arts🙏. I mostly come up with ideas on my own. Thanks for the question!🩵 (I hope you're satisfied with the answer)
