It was a sad day when my first espresso machine stopped working. It was a second hand 1st generation Baby Gaggia Espresso Machine and it worked wonderful for the year I had it. I’ve been meaning to fix it but this Tuni E2 is a wonderful replacement! If curious I’ll put down a separate review since I’ve had it a couple of months now but on today’s menu, I pulled a double shot of espresso and made 4 drinks from it, a latte, Aerocano (to cleanse the palate), Pistachio Latte, and a Ube Cappuccino. When I first started out I pulled multiple double shots a day, and I would drink it all in multiple lattes and cortados but now I just split the double shot of espresso up to as needed for my drinks, since typically only ~100 ML of milk plus espresso fits into my cups. I use Equator Coffees Tiger Espresso, since it’s the only one at the store with the closest roasted by date I could find in the store and it is one of my favorites.
