not sure on the preorder campaign front, as I’m hoping to leave that up to my publisher this time (preorder campaigns are usually organized and paid for by the author, and I’ve been very lucky to be successful with them, but that also has meant that they’ve been very expensive and I don’t know that I can keep doing that). 

If you have ideas for cheap or free things (especially digital items) you’d like to receive in a preorder campaign, let me know here - maybe something will spark an idea! Or at the very least I can forward the ideas to my publisher.
