Last Line Tag
I saw @focusdumbass doing this and it looked like fun and a good way to share a bit more about my current WIP; To Catch a Fallen Star. Plus Focusdumbass said in their post I could say they tagged me, so here goes!

Current last 5 lines (9/20) : None of the Duchamps women could believe their eyes; Louis Forester had bought a ring. “Oh my lord, that’s an engagement ring, Elodie”, Grace muttered, pushing her weight up onto her toes, who tried and failed very hard at not giving away her excitement to everyone in the room. Esther, still up at the counter, began to fidget, despite all of her training in etiquette telling her not to. Elodie, for just a minute, just a second, hoped beyond a reason and hope itself that that beautiful and simple ring was for her. Louis Forester spoke two words in response to Lawrence Gildenhirsch, both of which absolutely destroyed Elodie: “Margaret Thatcher.”
