This scene always gives me chills. It's one of the the best cutscenes from RD imo. Just, the way you notice how much Skrimir has changed when he speaks, Ranulf smiling because he's proud of him, and then suddenly the tone of the scene shifts and the entire battlefield turns quiet all of a sudden... G o d The first time I planned on drawing this was like 4 years ago? I finally managed to do it and I am fucking happy

I'm super late, but college ate up a lot of my time and as always I am incapable of doing things the simple way. Anyway, this is my contribution to Xenoblade X' 2nd anniversary- Elma's armor is a pain, but god it was worth putting so much time into this. She is an amazing main character in every aspect and I love her so much, so I decided that this year it would be just her for the anniversary pic- also because I am lazy and no time I can't believe it's been 2 years already. Xenoblade Chronicles X is an amazing game that will always hold a very special spot in my heart; I met so many friends and wonderful and inspiring people because of it and found myself in an art community that is without comparison... I still can't believe it. The game and it's fandom are a true blessing and I will forever be grateful for them. Happy 2nd anniversary XCX! Let's make the next year just as amazing and creative-
