You betray Takeshita at your own risk, Kyle.
I'm thinking about all the heel turns we've had lately and Kevin's feels very... lonely.
Rated FTR breaks up with Dax turning on Cope, turning to his partner in the ring and leaving only a moment of hesitation, of 'We're really doing this? Of course I'm with you.' Before Cash throws it aside and joins him to become two of the most hated and successful men in AEW, pulling Stokely in along with them.
The foundation of the Death Riders was built on an existing family, and in its own way was an act of love and mercy from Mox's point of view, whether you agree or not.
Kyle Fletcher didn't turn on Konosuke Takeshita, Takeshita turned on Family, and had the audacity to think that Kyle would too for a man who hasn't regularly been there for him, when the DCF always has.
But Swerve... Swerve stood in front of Kevin Knight, as he unshackled himself from the ghost of Hangman Adam Page, and warned him, right after he hanged Kenny Omega.
You can either be half of a whole in a tag team, or you can be Great on your own.
But 99.5% of the time in a tag team? You're not going to be the Young Bucks, and you're not going to be perfectly in balance all the time.
So if you're ambitious? You have to be alone.
The thing is though, as I watch Kevin push over that stretcher and end the PPV alone...
I can't help but think that Swerve always has Prince Nana.
The protoshita enjoyers are eating well
Wrestling is so fun, actually
Last night I went to Double or Nothing and WOW. Not my first AEW show but my first AEW pay-per-view and even though I had high hopes they were totally blown out of the water. Every match had elements that made me yelling and screaming in my seat, or jumping up to cheer, or looking away in horror. They've been my favorite wrestling company since their inception, but they reminded me why I love wrestling so much last night.
We gotta kill Big Fletch. Doomed yaoi of the century
