TBH when someone says "I don't read the oc bio, I don't need to know about the character to draw it" it direct translates to me as "I don't give a shit about the other people I'm drawing for." like holy hell, you can't even do a basic courtesy of reading someone's character bios? I hope I never get art from someone like you, that's weird and embarrassing to admit in public

if i find someone that has me blocked on toyhouse i like to attack them on artfight, like i didnt realize they blocked me and its a shitty coincidence. just to put them in an awkward situation. i think its funny but i understand what i am doing is weird, rude and unpleasant. i will not stop. my stats: 1 attack, ignored. 2 attacks got me thanked and unblocked. 1 attack, thanked, uploaded to the characters toyhouse, still blocked. 1 attack, they responded with "how did you find my artfight? i have you blocked on toyhouse and that's the only social media i use." clearly implying something about my motivations. so i responded like, omg im sorry, i found you from another persons page. i had no idea you blocked me because i didnt check your toyhouse, i apologize if i made you uncomfortable! i can delete the attack if you want. :( and then they were very apologetic to me and unblocked me. i will keep collecting data.

I have yet to see orientalist caricatures removed, BUT ArtofGerald (JumboJosh on artfight) was banned for "having a character based on Stalin"... Reader, the oc just had a trench coat on and had the name Stanislav (not even etymologically related to Stalin). Worse still, the artist is polish and has family that was directly affected by the communist regime. What sort of a wacko world do we live in that this kind of xenophobia is alright?
You can have endless exotic bellydancer ocs, but god fucking forbid a eastern European wants to make stories reflecting their culture & history
