I honestly hate how demonised Feminism is or calling out the patriarchy’s bullshit up until the 1920s, like yeah both men and women had absolute hell thrown at them but for some reason someone can say “woman/girls went through so much throughout history/suffered” and it seems like everybody’s got to be insulted at this and either say “men had it hard too!!” Or “everyone suffered”, like dude the literal point of the comment is just to have sympathy towards the rape and lack of rights woman had throughout history but no..we can’t just say woman had a hard time and move on. Srry for the rant, I was watching some video on the life of a concubine and there was just people trying to start a fight with someone for literally saying the oh so controversial statement of “woman had it hard back in the day”
