Hotaru fell against the doorframe. Her body was shaking. Her head felt like it was splitting open. Her hand came to rest gently against her head. She was in so much pain. Her purple eyes were watering and her cheeks flooded with a feverish pink. She moved towards her bed and then stripped off the thicker tights and dress and changed into a thiner nightware. Her eyes focused on the roof and she noticed a spider on there. It seemed to be illuminated with a strong light which didn't seem right. The lights in the room were usually softer. She liked to softer side of things. She closed her eyes as an intense pain ripped through her body. She couldn't take it. She wanted the pain to stop. She wanted to have a normal life.
She managed to open her eyes and she looked carefully at the spider. An idea came into her mind. She took a deep breath and then wondered if she could summon some sort of protection. Some sort of help. An ancient text popped into her mind when she managed to clear her mind enough. She had been through this pain often enough to be able to cope with it eventually. Her tongue felt tied as she thought of the fairy summoning spell. It was in an old book her father had let her read to amuse her. It was something she didn't think would come in use. Now it would. ""Hoheo Taralna, Rondero Tarel" She said weakly. She knew it probably wouldn't work. Things like this were just silly games for children.
She sighed and then closed her eyes. She threw the quilt over her. She was intending to sleep when she heard the sound of movment. She pulled her quilt closer to her. She sat up exposing her legs and arm exposed. Her eyes blinked unsure if something had moved in the room. "Hello? Anyone there?" She asked fearfully. Her eyes were wide and she looked more than a little nervous.
