He's just such a dick perfect! Everything from his act of being an ally/ to the montage of the red and blue teams failing to take him down/and the absolute gut punch reveal/ "kill her quick, we were friends after all"/his fatal flaw being that he talks too much/ his partnership with Locus means everything to me/ his one fear (ow)/ his death, another gut punch/ the series in the anthology "We're the good guys"/ His Partnership with Locus/ I'm not crying you're crying

And how he's more evil than Locus but less dangerous bc he talks too much! Idiot likes the sound of his own voice too much (butthenagainsodoi)

The Master from Doctor Who (counted as 2, now counts as 4 nominees, I have tremendous self control) Every incarnation counts. Canonically was childhood friends with the Doctor and he does commit atrocities (tm) for the attention.

Bibi (I love Amy)- A low empathy queen with eternal heart eyes, but I don't think the crimes started until she fell in love

Monica (Doki Doki Literature Club)- She has a host of other issues but things never got violent until the protagonist showed up and gave her motive

Nevel Papperman (iCarly)- I hate hate hate that I have to include him here cause the vibes don't match but technically it's true.

Honorable Mentions, either do not conform to rules, or I don't know the source material but if you like the vibes of doing villianry for the person you're pining after these probably will scratch the itch:

oh nooo hahaha yeah i’m pretty sure that is literally the only time in all of the show that he talks about money XD it is a funny sequence but the only reason he’s talking about money is bc his at the time host body is a doctor and told him that they should charge a $20 copay for helping out the good guys… also i definitely see the cave johnson vibes but he’s more faux evil british accent

All I can think of is that one post where the spooky magic shop owner is trying to imply that the customer will get cursed but he says it like "the price that you pay is more than you expect" and the customer is just tired "yes, I know about taxes"

Ok so, first you need to know that Light Yagami (death note) was brought over to VilCon with L during the arc where they were handcuffed together. And Light is having a hell of a time acting innocent considering it's a villain convention. And for a while Ryuk is content with his normal L/Light soap opera.

But THEN Ryuk sees two other idiots handcuffed together bickering, and decides to change the channel (by which I mean now he's following Team Burden everywhere, eating popcorn and laughing maniacally)
