Danny Tari is a post-mortem meat inspector for AFFCO, a worldwide supplier of quality New Zealand meat. He furthered his qualifications in the field by completing a Certificate of Post Mortem Meat Inspection through AsureQuality. With the course being half theory and paper work and half on the job, practical work, Danny was working and studying at the same time.
