BTS film “BE-hind story”. Taekook sit by each other and A LOT happens. Jk’s hands keep finding their way to Tae’s thighs, while Tae enjoys peacefully leaning into him. Laughs, pride, fondness, companionship, etc.
As they discuss their roles, Jk mentions only Hobi responded to the group chat.
Tae pats him and says something in playful protest - quite difficult to discern but explained below. Tae started his short phrase at the exact same time as NJ & YG started theirs, stepping over each other, so we can tell he wasn’t influenced by what was being said. Namjoon asks something about himself (probably related to Jimin following up by clarifying that NJ did in fact make a request for the MV), while Yoongi comments he thought his answer in his mind. Members laugh, chiming in about telepathy, and Jin concedes they’re all connected. This was a reference to Jk replying to Jin a month late due to him thinking he already texted him back.

Two different native Koreans wrote down what they heard. The first one is saying that Tae exclaimed that he also replied to Jk, to which Jk answered: “ah really?”. The second one heard Tae say the same thing. We hear a slightly different version which would be: “🐻아니요! 보내줬어요!” “🐰그래여?” = “🐻No! I sent it” “🐰really?”. It’s unknown whether he also thought about using Jk’s incident to joke around or there was any truth behind this (a late, unclear or even humorous/unrealistic suggestion, etc, as they all trusted Jk’s artistic sensibilities).

While Jk - as the director - explains the details of the MV editing process to the curious members, Tae answers one of the questions himself. Upon this, members ask him in surprised tones if he had watched the (then) incomplete MV. Tae unintentionally flexes his role as the Visual PM, putting it as the reason for his involvement. Hobi, Jin and Jk immediately express amazement with a loud, impressed “oooh”. Jk then flicks Tae’s chin with pride, hyping him up.

Tae reads off the next question in a manner that prompts Joon to tease him to read the question properly.
This causes Jk to laugh with a wide smile (Hobi also laughs along brightly).
He then slaps Tae’s thigh -

Jk goes to signal for Tae to read the next question, but Tae had just started doing so, driven by his own judgment, so he firmly places his hand on Tae’s thigh for a moment, pleased.

Jimin praises Tae for giving them a relaxed schedule. Jk follows this, complimenting him while touching his thigh, letting it remain there as he speaks.

Tae mentions how he gets comforted by messages where ARMY explain the ways in which BTS helped them. He comically acts out an inner voice that compulsively request ARMY to keep telling him those things - which could give off certain undertones - and shares a laugh with Jk as they make brief eye contact.

Tae then gets embarrassed and leans onto Jk for a moment, seeking comfort before straightening back up.

Once again, Jk rests his hand on Tae’s leg as they discuss what parts of BE really show aspects of daily life. Tae can be seen removing his own hand from on top of Jk’s. The younger then gives his knee a couple squeezes before letting go.

As Joon discussed the verb “be” and how it’s useless unless paired with other words, and once paired it can be anything (creating a poetic existence), Tae starts to fake-laugh to draw attention to himself. Jk gets the joke and laughs
while pointing at Tae (“be” is similar to “V”).

Joon reiterates how “be” is a word with the hope that it can be anything, causing Tae to continue producing his chuckles. Tae shakes his head, smiling, as he covers his face - deepening his act. Jk smiles and crinkles his nose, finding him genuinely funny.
Jk then points again to Tae as the latter continues to cover his face, Jk’s nose crinkling further. Tae takes a look at Jk and isn’t disappointed, happy to entertain.
Joon, trying to concentrate on his words, clarifies he’s talking about “B” not “V”, fleetingly breaking Tae out of character and making Jk lower his hand.

Not desisting just yet, Tae “laughs” and covers his face again as Joon keeps mentioning “B”.
Jk looks over and points a third time while proceeding to laugh again. He’s the only one giving Tae a satisfying reaction.
Tae finishes his act by checking Jk’s reaction one last time.

BTS discusses how the songs in “BE” were more so songs they wanted to include, rather than delve into the BTS Universe with its own deep and complex stories. This felt more comfortable for the members and was a nice break from their standard. As they discuss this, Tae brings up the MV filming process, making sure to mention the title “Director Jk”, and momentarily runs his fingers through Jk’s hair before patting his leg (Jk said something that caught Tae’s attention and prompted him to reach out but we can’t find a translation).

When it’s Jimin’s turn to describe “BE”, Yoongi abruptly says “this brings us to the end”. Jimin theatrically reacts to this and it causes the members to laugh, with Tae returning to cuddle into Jk.

Members recall their competition to lyrically contribute in Tae’s song “Blue & Grey”, pointing out how it had to appeal to Tae’s taste since he ultimately made the final decisions, picking the preferred lyrics and melodies. In response to this, Jk starts singing the song in question while he tenderly flicks Tae’s chin, augmenting his spotlight.

As Jimin and Jin discuss the trickiness of the range of some of their newer songs (some were sung in a lower register and and they both had trouble with that, although they are amazingly able to hit super high notes with relative ease, especially fitting with Jimin’s natural high voice), Tae leans on Jk again, hand resting on Jk’s leg in solidarity for his next comment. He playfully asks Jimin if he now knows how Jk and him feel, since they have to try to sing high notes in some songs, which isn’t their standard range.
Jimin comments back it was so low.
Forming their own alliance, both Tae & Jk respond by saying for them it’s hard since it’s too high.

It seems that Taekook may use each other to subtly complain about this common struggle.

At the close, Tae ends by saying he wants to encourage the members. This oddly inserted expression causes both Jimin and Jk to burst into laughter, Jk scrunching his nose in fondness as he laughs, again.
Jk claps in support of Tae’s words (a way to congratulate the members) as he continues smiling.
