ALSO - because I don't have any issues with that myself, I can't be entirely sure what's triggering and what isn't, so if I reblog something that bothers you and don't tag it, let me know so I can tag similar in future!

It's mostly only very extreme things - like bright flashing lights, strobe lights, things that flicker very quickly. It's one of my main migraine triggers, unfortunately - thankfully I'm not epileptic or anything of that ilk. 99% of gifs are okay, so don't worry about tagging all of them!

i am very sorry i will take this into account and do my best. is it only flashing gifs (i'm assuming the type that bother me, albeit probably less than you) or all gifs?

You guys are too sweet, honestly. It's not one post that set it off, Heidi, so don't worry! I get it even in real life (say if fluorescent lights are flickering very rapidly), and there was a malfunctioning street light on the way to my evening soccer match today which really messed me up, so I figured it was worth mentioning.

Thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers! It has just been incredible to see how this became an international headline over a few days. When I first heard the news, I had honestly thought that HK would be standing alone... but seriously, thank you guys so so so much. I'll definitely make sure I keep myself safe as well.

I am glad my perspective helps! It has been a very dramatic three days so far. We are onto our fourth day and it is China's National Day. I think we are due with a bit more of a highlight and the more positive aspects of the protests.

It is quite easy to cast the protesters in a negative light and I want to show that they are trying their best to make it as convenient as it could be.

I did also go to a school of overachievers haha. Almost everyone I know had multiple majors/minors. And yeah def take a couple classes and if you need any help well you do know a cj PhD haha

Oh dang lol I guess that would explain it. Everyone I've met here so far mostly just has their major picked but unsure about minor. And thanks oh god you're too awesome (cause I need to thank you for suggesting going around on campus and asking different departments about work study too cause that's totally how I got the job in financial aid so seriously thanks a bunch)

I was a double major double minor. It’s a hell of a lot of work but it’s totally doable (and psychology and CJ work really well together!)

Oh man that's insane (at least it sounds insane to me. Starting out right now, getting a major and a minor seems intimidating though lol) Props to you thats awesome. 

And yes! I thought they would work really well together and I'm already pretty well into the psych program enough and I know I wanna do that for sure. CJ's always seemed super interesting but I haven't considered it til now so next term I'm gonna start up some classes and see how I like it. Kind of excited adkfjsdl
