Fish with tasty vegetables

Easy-to-cook fish and vegetable dish with exotic stew, which is suitable for any fish. 4 slice mackerel fillet1 pc onion200 g chanterelle mushrooms (can any)0,5 pc squash4 denticle garlic1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp dried rosemary1 tsp ginger root1 tsp curry1 pinch salt0.75 ml pork broth We clean the zucchini and cut into 1×1 cm cubes. Cut the onion.

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and fish.

Heat the oil and simmer the onion.

Add zucchini with mushrooms, mix well and simmer further. Before you get delicious vegetables.

Add pork broth, garlic, rosemary, ginger, salt.

We lay the fish on the stew and fry on both sides.

Then add curry and mix gently so that the fish does not fall apart.
