Maybe you have more knowledge about this. If I remember correctly the first Dolly Corner showed us that Thane tried to make Baden remember him, or at the very least Estrilda (Though, to no avail). Making it seem like, he can't remember anything from when he was human. Now in the Vow Rising Winds, Baden suddenly remembers Thane, or at least recognizes him as such. What is up with that? Does Baden now have his memories back? If so, when has it been stated or what made him remember? I feel like Lilith is inconsistent about this..
I know the comic you're referring to, there was even two of them! From what we have right now, it makes no sense for Baden to remember – or even have control over his own body for that matter.
However, there will soon be an addition to the story in the library that explicitly states that Thane and Baden had no time to catch up on the time they spent separate. By now, it's been at least twenty years since Baden's death, so it's entirely possible we are missing some crucial info. In fact, there's more in the story that hints at that.
For example, Baden says he's spent a lot of time on the Island of the Banished. From lore, we know that Island of the Banished is a place for those who despise their undeath and refuse to become a part of Queadam's hivemind. They are people who were forced into undeath without striking a deal themselves. Of course, this matches Baden, but it doesn't match the lich who turned him into a graveborn and controlled his body since then. This could mean that Baden freed himself from the lich's influence and regained control of his body some time ago already. And (this might've got retconned, I didn't check his story recently) in Baden's story, it talks about him clinging to the memory of Thane. It would make sense for him to remember once he's in control again.
There's also no shadows in the fight with the corruptors, the new library addition even goes so far as to dramatically describe Baden and Thane being alone back to back separated from their allies. This might of course be a mistake on Lilith's part – or it might tease an awakened Baden whose kit won't rely on summons.
