My bnha oc clockwork, I'm changing her quirk. Her quirk is Pace Change! People/the media don't really know the specifics of it and it sometimes looks like she has time manipulation, so that's what everyone thinks she has

In reality, she can change the pace of anyone she so desires, a few examples;

If a punch is being throw her way that she's not fast enough to dodge, she can either do two things; slow the attacker down so she had time to react, or speed up her overall pace so her dodging can be faster

Another example; if she needs to make a quick recovery, she can speed up her pace
