Hey there Loopy! Thanks to the magic of tumblr, I'm only now discovering that, behind the sweet commentator on AO3, there is an incredibly talented illustrator!! So I'm just dropping by to say "wow", congratulations/kudos, and thank you for sharing your art with us!
aww, thank you so much for visiting!! If I’m being perfectly honest, I feel like I don’t comment enough on works I enjoy, especially yours when you post updates. It’s so heartfelt and cathartic and asgkladkjfglkasg!! that last chapter left me so eager to read where the story is going ;w; anyways thank you so much for this ask!! <33
And also for my followers, please go give Whatever Comes After a read!! It’s a great Albert Mason/Arthur Morgan canon-divergent fic and it always makes my day to see an update has dropped while i was away :)
I feel like The Nice Guys is making a glorious return on tumblr (as it should) thanks to Mr. Gosling's performance in Project Hail Mary and that makes me happy for you 😎🚬🥃🧜♀️
Thank you 😄 It is a bit weird, in a good way, seeing it all over my dash now from ppl who were never into it before & seeing my fics get traffic has been wild! I just wish I could finish my WIP!
Hey! About that prompt thing, here's a silly idea for Lokius, feel free to ignore it completely if it literally doesn't prompt you to write something:
Sure, Mobius likes Loki, likes metaphors and likes when there are new leads to explore. But he doesn't like when someone messes with his lunch, a small solace when working for the TVA - even if it's Loki, and even if it's a good, albeit clumsy, metaphor that illustrates a new lead. Hence, he's going to give Loki a taste of his own medicine.
For you, my friend, of course 🥰 thank you for this cute little idea!!! and for talking me through my prompt list frustration the other night lol

The cafeteria was mostly empty, the morning light coming in through the large windows still soft and new. Mobius smiled lazily to himself as he watched Loki bob and weave through the empty tables and chairs in his direction, breakfast tray clutched in his hands.
"This field assignment must be important to get you out of bed this early," Loki grumbled as he carefully set his tray down on the table and dropped down into his chair.
Mobius laughed quietly and shook his head. He watched as Loki fussed over his breakfast, getting his bowl and cup and napkin all situated how he wanted them on his tray. "I have a hunch about this one," Mobius said slowly, watching as Loki carefully sprinkled cinnamon over his oatmeal.
"A hunch," Loki chuckled, still focused on his breakfast.
Mobius leaned forward in his chair and slid Loki's breakfast tray across the table toward him. "A hunch," he said with a sly smile. "See, I think this variant might be using cataclysmic events in the time lines as cover." He grabbed the sugar container off the table and unscrewed the top. "Things like floods and hurricanes," he dumped all of the sugar into Loki's tea, "are great for hiding out in."
The ruined tea sloshed over the rim of the cup, spilling out over the tray. Loki glared across the table at Mobius and started to object, but snapped his mouth shut as he watched Mobius snatch the salt shaker off the table.
"Earthquakes, tornadoes, events that just... destroy everything in their wake," Mobius went on as he dumped salt over Loki's bowl of oatmeal. "Makes it hard to find a blip on the radar when the radar itself has been obliterated, know what I mean?" He smiled sweetly at Loki as he shook pepper out generously over the oatmeal and then stirred it thoroughly.
"Are you quite finished?" Loki asked, exasperated look on his face.
Mobius ducked his head and chuckled quietly. "Not so fun, is it?"
Loki let out a slow, irritated breath. "No."
Mobius cocked his head to the side and watched Loki with an easy smile. "Couldn't resist," he said softly.
Loki nodded, tight smile on his face. "I vastly prefer when you get our breakfast and bring it back to our room so we can eat in bed." He slid the tray back in his direction and scowled down at his spoiled breakfast.
"'Course you do," Mobius laughed.
"You're not as... talkative. Or vindictive." Loki stared down at the tray, scowl still etched on his face, and tried to figure out how to pick it up without spilling tea all over himself.
Mobius sighed to himself, knowing he couldn't keep the routine going any longer, not when Loki had that pitiful look on his face. "I'll get you another breakfast," he offered softly.
Loki looked up and smiled softly at Mobius. "I'd appreciate that." Carefully, he lifted the tray of ruined breakfast off the table and made his way to the trash.
Mobius laughed quietly as he made his way back to the cafeteria kitchen window.
