Here in the village we have to stop our own #fires with even #children helping. Every year people burn the surrounding grazing grounds for their #cattle for fresh #grass to shoot up in #spring. Only problem.... people don't control the burning. Africa Burn offers so much in terms of expressing yourself with body & mind, internal & external, shapes & colours. There are events & activities to promote any form of participation; may it be creative building & design; feeding souls & nurishing the body; just helping out; & then gifting. Gifting to the Tankwa community again in any form, at any time & to whom ever you want. The greatest gift though, which I only come realise how precious & cool it is, is a easy fresh ginger tea. My friend @_nockels insisted on me having this tea in the morning. Today, a few months later - I cannot go by a day without it. It truely is the best gift I took & learned from #africaburn. Here I still added some chillies & lemon though. Just cut the ingredients into small pieces, add hot water & enjoy your vitamin boost in a hot mug. While your at it, might as well eat a warm ginger slice for good digestion 🌱 #tea #ginger #lemon #chilli #gingertea #warm #drinkfromamug #mugtea
