In 2007 I was fortunate enough to visit rural Kenya and a dozen or so villages. The lives of the people in rural Kenya are hard enough, and for women even more so. In front of the camera however, they were themselves without reservation. The camera/lens combination was a Hasselblad 501CM/180mm, and the frame was exposed onto Fuji's brilliant Neopan Acros 100 using natural light.
