The very first time I was introduced to the name Peri Peri sauce was during @sujatareddyofficial - days of reviewing hotel cuisines and me tagging along for enjoying free food. At that time this African spice didn't interest me much as against feasting on free pizzas but now a decade later my views have changed and precisely the reason I decided to try replicating -Peri Peri Anda bhurji wrap made by @yourfoodlab #chef Sanjyot keer. First bite and @khalidmunshi1 was all praise for the food served for Iftaar. That says all about the dish. The recipe is primarily very simple but prepration is time consuming. There are essentially four important work to be undertaken to : prepare this amazing food:- a) the egg scramble aka bhurji B) prepare the peri peri sauce ( tip :make more quantity ... It's too good to be happy with less) C) roll out the rotis while simultaneously making omelettes too. So lot of hardwork is involved nevertheless the result is lip smacking.. Advice: ensure there is at least a dozen of eggs available. It's the hero in this dish. #periperi #andabhurji #africanspice #eggscramble https://www.instagram.com/p/CAfx2o6J69d/?igshid=dezioiukwhly
