Day 5 - Angel

I’m hitting tumblr with my scosage thoughts because they’ve made a home inside my brain. rambling ahead!
anyways, I’m obsessed with this idea that c!scott “corrupted” c!sausage when he killed him. because obviously that’s what happened, isn’t it? sausage was an angel, he was a being of holiness. he is the exact opposition of everything a vampire is, dark, malicious, dangerous. unholy.
and he dies by scott’s hand. he is clipped of his wings and falls to earth, (there’s something to be talked about here, how sausage has become a fallen angel, stripped of his holiness and left with nothing else) and he dies.
but he wakes up. he wakes up but something’s not quite right. he’s crawling out of his grave, wearing clothes that don’t suit him anymore, and something feels off. he’s been set free of his angelic duties and it’s relieving.
he’s been set free of a role that didn’t suit him, and he feels nothing but gratefulness toward the man that killed him. and what does sausage do? he embraces the darkness. he fully steps into the role of a night dweller and runs with this new life he’s been given.
and while to everyone else it looks like the angel of the server has been corrupted. he’s murdered by scott and suddenly he’s evil? scott must have tainted him! he must have done something to corrupt him! right?
but to sausage all scott did was “open his eyes”. he “saved him”.
it’s funny, how one situation can be painted in so many different ways.

hiiii. recs. right. i've Been Thinking about that fwhip's line in joel's latest episode (idk if you've seen it but it's just a minor thing so..) where he's going to grow into a ginormous wyvern eventually, while joel is staying. well. joel. (short). so if you're in the mood for some dragons that's an image? yeaah. or a bit more of those chibi reactions by the seablings and gem n sausage? also just needed to say the lizzie in the sculptured fwhip sketches has strong associations with ice cream for me. for whatever reason. and ice cream lizzie is not something i knew i needed in my life but i love her. your lizzie is always just. ah.
was just thinking about this ask for 3 days straight, as is customary (i prommy other request Happened LOL). the pink and blue i draw lizzie with is sooo iced cream but if i do it on purpose, the vibe is very different. still cute though <3 i just refuse to look up what anyones skin looks like. i just realized i forgot to have the reaction chibis i was so caught up in the euphoria of exterra chibis...
Fwhip: I told you he’s cute! Look at how cute he is!
Joel: Oh, he is very cute.
Jimmy: No! This wasn’t supposed to be the-!
Fwhip: *babytalking*
Jimmy: I am a dragon as well! Why am I this small?
Joel: Can we adopt you? We are looking for a child, and you look very suitable.
Fwhip: I heard you lost a pet recently, Joel. I heard there was a vacancy?
Joel: Yeah.
Jimmy: No, no, you can’t adopt me again, Joel. Cause I know what happens when you adopt me.
Joel: Yeah, that’s true. I will kill you, I’m not a very good parent.
