I want to encourage everyone to send polite but firm feedback through the appropriate channels to Tumblr, asking them to rethink their decision to remove NSFW content from their site.
Agreed, and signal boosted.
I saw somewhere that you can pop moss in a blender (violent, I know, but bear with me) and then use the goop to paint patterns or images on a brick/concrete/similar wall, and the moss will grow there and form a mossy green picture. Imagine having a big sun of live moss in your driveway, or maybe a big heart shape or something.
I looked it up, it's called moss grafitti!
THIS IS A MYTHE it v v V rarely works well and neither does the version where u add extra stuff 2 help it grow,,,most cool art u see is cut from sheets of living moss!!!!! BLEASE STOP BLENDING MOSS
Fanfic ask: #33
“33) What’s the biggest compliment you’ve gotten?“
Having someone tell me I gave them nightmares. It’s between that, and the overall fact that I’ve made tens of thousands of young women and others shriek in horror with Good Boys (which is also on AO3!).

It's my headcanon that Chris' cat is named Dovima, after the model.

Hey, I imagine through all your hard work that you've learned a thing or two. What is in your opinion good practice for people who want to stay informed and check stuff on their own? Which websites/sources do you recommend? What do red flags look like to you?
Hi! I have previously written a quick guide on fact checking, which you can find here. In terms of red flags, I am always cautious when an article/post/whatever appeals to emotion, particularly anger. I think a really good habit to foster is that, when you read something that makes you feel righteous rage, check whether it's true - and even when it's true, ask yourself who benefits from that feeling. Try to be aware of your biases, and remain skeptical when things lean into those biases
I really appreciate that the pun pic has the same colour scheme as the classic one, because that makes remembering it so much easier for visual folks like me
same!! I don't even like the colour scheme, but i've committed now, and if i changed it I wouldn't recognise myself
