Today felt good. The temps have dropped and today was 50s weather. Aayla felt good and I was handling pretty decently.

She really does work great with blind crosses. Maybe should start trying to use them more.

This week for AG330 is all about rear crosses.

We found that Aayla was unsure about them and was thinking way too hard, even over a simple 2 jump rear cross. So we dropped the bars down, and worked over simple 2 jump sequences for a few days. When she was confident with that we did these beginner drills.

She still is thinking her way through some of it, but she is getting fast and driving into these with a lot more confidence! Was really happy with how we worked together today.

Here is what I was working on when I got upset about not getting it right yesterday. I forced myself to watch some videos before and was able to see the improvement from my best reps. The best part is seeing how much faster Aayla is running with these cleaner cues that are more timely.
