some saturday fun
started working on sit-stand-sit now his down-stand is more solid, we also worked on getting into heel position but not actual heeling as we both need a break
did a little sit pretty for funnies and then worked on bringing energy up for the object. this really helped him want to retrieve instead of just going over to the toy and staring at it lol
Here is what I was working on when I got upset about not getting it right yesterday. I forced myself to watch some videos before and was able to see the improvement from my best reps. The best part is seeing how much faster Aayla is running with these cleaner cues that are more timely.
Onward and upward. I received a Fenzi gift card for a Bronze course for my birthday. What should I use it on? I could do either FE120: Performance Fundamentals or OB130: TEAM Sports Foundations Level One in the August term or I could wait until December for Shade’s FE155: Crucial Concepts of Competition - Shaping/Luring/Capturing and More.
Thoughts?
Considering taking Crucial concepts FE155 with Shade this term on fenzi. Anyone had it before? @shotinthekidney @twobigears
Surviving Your Dog Sports Puppy!
here is something i have been reading that has actually been really valuable! this is my first sport dog puppy and i am naturally very concerned with doing puppyhood right. this ebook has made me think about things i never even really thought to incorporate into my pup’s upbringing, which is really great!
