Honestly I'm not sure how I'm doing.

Ive had regression block for a while and I'm so stressed out!

You are not alone! I know watching bluey can help me sometimes when I need to feel little but it's not coming naturally or I just can't. It's very comforting.

Maybe if you can find some time to be alone, take a bath or a nap and do some self care and watch your favorite cartoons. Find something to make your little self happy! ✨️
