Best way to start a Monday morning: tasting chocolate that we made from 2010-2014. These were one of the earlier chocolates that we made from the bean. The chocolate has been packed away well, is brittle at first, but still carries a strong aroma and turns out to taste pretty amazing. Wish we had a lot more of these bars leftover.
