I like intimacy, just not sex

It gets a little old trying to explain what asexual means. People are beautiful but they can be so incredibly ignorant. I love cuddling up with a sweet person who I connect with, I love sharing smiles and laughter and sometimes kisses, but when someone wants to have sex with me, the idea is incredibly unappealing and uncomfortable. I love relationships and being romantically intimate with someone, but not physically. I'm perfectly comfortable with my sexuality, it's taken a lot for me to get this far, I just wish the people in my life actually made me feel valid.
