Maybe a Whumpee that never laughs and Whumper tries to make them?

You ask, and I deliver, Anon! I'm still taking these, they just might not be coming ask quickly as they sometimes do.

Agelast - A person who never laughs.

Whumper sat across from Whumpee, tapping their nails against the table.

With a frown, they sat back, folding their arms. "What would it take to make you laugh, hm?"

Whumpee simply glared at them, pulling slightly at the ropes keeping them pinned to the chair, their hands slowly moving along the knots. "You literally kidnapped me and have been torturing me. The last thing I feel like doing is laughing."

Whumpee tilted their head slightly, continuing as if they hadn't heard them. "I mean, I've tried everything. Standup, sarcasm, slapstick. I hit myself for you, Whumpee. And for what? Not so much as a smile!"

Whumpee's fingers tugged at the knots as hard as they could, feeling them begin to give some slack. "I'm not going to laugh just because you told me some dad jokes," they said, rolling their eyes slightly.

And, there it was. The last of the knots quickly unraveled and Whumpee sprang up, lunging across the table towards Whumper, who had enough time to look surprised then worried before Whumpee was slamming them to the ground, holding them there.

A smile quirked the corner of their mouth.
