hey :) i'm a psychotherapist in training and i suffer from social anxiety (i'm in therapy myself). i've been working for 5 months now, i mostly see patients on my own but i also have to work in team. The stress of being a beginner + the anxiety of having to fit in a new team make some days quite hard. Although at the interview i've told them i'm shy, i'm seriously considering telling my bosses about my disorder. I'm tired of having to hide it, but at the same time i dont want to ruin (1/2)
(2/2) my chances of having a fixed job (my contract is temporary and can be extended). What should i take into account when taking this decision?
