I just 

Howard told Tony that he was the best thing he ever created. His best work and he was most proud of him. And he couldn't say it to his face he had to record it and save it for the future, for Tony to see when he's in his 40s. Before that, he would have been saying how Steve was his best creation and how he loved him more than anything.

Just . Imagine what Steve must have thought of that? He'd yell at Howard and tell him to tell Tony everyday that he loved him rather than compare him to Steve and give him his distance.

But what if part of it was just Howard being scared of loosing Tony? If he loves. Tony more than Steve, if he's pinning all his hopes on tony, then what would happen if Tony died? I just

Can you imagine Steve listening to all those Captain America stories and just getting really angry though? Because Peggy was the one to save them that time ! And where's Happy and Jim and Gabe? Why aren't they involved? Why is the show so wrong, when it's meant to be about all of his friends working together to save lives?
