I love the little interactions they get that flesh these two out as characters too. Like the character chart with 8 thinking that 3 is so cool and 3 thinking that 8’s abilities aren’t bad. the hardest boss in octo expansion you can face is a secret where you are inside 8’s mind coming to terms with the idea of your inner hero, that hero is of course 3 as they first saw them which is so cool

HOO BOY. THAT TOOK ME 12 HOURS TO DRAW. And obviously a lot, lot longer to write the actual fic lol.
Welcome to Octopia has been an incredible one and a half year journey for me. This is the first full length story I've ever written, and I couldn't be happier with it - not just the story itself but all the characters I've made for it and the world building details, too.
But what I'm most proud of is the small but strong community that's been built around it. I've had so many wonderful interactions with readers through comments and asks, and they never fail to make me smile. Octopia and it's readers got me through a lot of tough days. Heck, I've even made genuine friends because of this fic. To say it's changed my life for the better is a massive understatement.
So, please, give this silly little story a chance and read it. I promise you, lots of hard work and passion has been put into it, from both myself and my editor @nipotazzi (I love you, bestie! Thank you for everything <3), AND I can also promise that this won't be the end of the line for most of the characters *wink wink*
