I have to admit, the cute of baby shard is immensely adorable.

Charles was a bit preoccupied playing the video games as he wasn't aware of the presence. All of a sudden a loud voice, while tapping the window, had somehow managed to get him out of digital fiction startling him a bit.
"YELP! I c-can explain, I can expla-" He gasped sharply.
For a moment he really thought it was his father catching him playing again at early hour, but as he turned his head he realized there was nobody than just Shard. Oh. That freaked the heck out of him!
With a sigh of relief he left the controller down leaving the player very vulnerable infront of an immortal enemy and hurried to open the window.
"Ho-ho, what's your password?" He leaned in teasingly a little with furrowed eyebrows.

In the depths of Robotropolis, in the aftermath of Robotnik's injury and subsequent coma, an argument was going on with regards to whom the blame belonged for such a state of affairs coming to pass.
"YOU!" Metallix snarled as he launched himself at Shard. His self-repair systems having fully healed him just before he had a chance to do anything to either contribute to the fight or prevent the Freedom Fighters from escaping, the metallic hedgehog was naturally VERY upset with his 'sibling'. "This is YOUR fault!" he bellowed, aiming a punch to Shard's head.
