Wanted to pop in and tell you just how much I enjoyed reading The Lingering of Ghosts. I love how you wrote and told the story, from beginning to end I was on the edge of my seat. The mystery and climax fight scene were so brilliantly orchestrated!! The conclusion was great

I really love how you write UB, each of them individually and how they worked together in this story to figure out what was going on and bring peace back to the town

And Nate. There was so much of his history, his nostalgia, HIM. How you explored his past and the life he had to leave behind. And of course, his present and his future with Leah

Leah. I absolutely LOVE Leah. She is just so cool, and she is so strong. And I can’t get over how she saved Nate

Aaaaaaaaa I read this on mobile (multiple times 💜💜💜) but got distracted before I could reply! Thank you so much for such wonderful words, I was so anxious about how the mystery in Ghosts would turn out, and how it wouuld balance with giving all the members of UB their own moments to shine.

And I especially enjoyed writing Nate in this fic, even if I did tweak his backstory a little bit from what's in the game. Getting to exlore his relationship with his home and his deepening relatonship with Leah were such a treat. Who needs therapy when you have these two being such an awesome team 😂

English Breakfast: What is your OC’s morning routine?

Amelia barely has the energy to wash her face in the morning 😅 Her routine consists of hitting snooze until she's perilously close to being late, deciding to shower in the evening because she doesn't have time right now, quickly brushing her teeth and doing very basic skincare (if it takes longer than 5 minutes she doesn't want it), and rushing out of the house. If she wears makeup (there's a 50/50 chance), she applies it in the car during red lights because she's always running too late to do it at home. By the time she drops by Haley's Bakery to pick up her coffee, her heart rate is just beginning to slow down.

Callie's a morning person, so she likes to wake up early to squeeze a few more things into her day. She usually does a little journaling while drinking her first cappuccino, and reads the news on her tablet with her second. She showers, puts on a (usually jazz) record, lights a candle, and begins the loooooong process of taming her hair. Then she does her skincare routine and makeup.

Chamomile: What does your OC do to relax?

Amelia reads, cooks, or goes for a run. As far as she's concerned, most problems in life can be solved this way.

5. Do they have any really out-of-left-field kinks/fantasies? Maybe even something that they wouldn’t necessarily want to act on but have still thought about?

I'd say monster fucking, dragons in particular. (Although discovering that the supernatural exists, it kind of expanded his "taste".) I mean he's been obsessed with dragons for a little while, so he's definitely thought about it. If he'd act on it given the opportunity, though? I'm not quite sure. Depends the opportunity, I guess.

6. Any place they absolutely would not have sex?

The beach. He doesn't get it. He's already not a big fan of the beach, but to him, it also seems like the most inconvenient place to have sex.

Public transports (planes, trains, etc...) are also a no-go for him, but apart from that, I can't think of anything places he might have banned.

Ears pierced (one hole, very boring), no tattoos (yet?), two scars: once, when she fell as a child and got glass in her knee. The other, on her neck, from Murphy.

Grace is a cat person and would 100% have one... if she had the time to take care of it. 😔

29. If they could have chosen a different profession, what would it be?

Since she became a detective to help people, I feel like psychologist would be a good fit for her. That, or medical researcher.

yes! lane keeps so many little trinkets and collects and hoards mementos and keepsakes so they have like. lol. old bills that they collected from their childhood house that were addressed to rook and old lighters from the junk drawer and some old photos. but the big stuff is like. instruments and his record player and his tie collection and his records and the big busted wristwatch they always wear

25. How do they handle the reveal of the Supernatural?

accepting! lane is terminally chill about most things.

26. If given the choice, would they become a vampire?

yeah especially once people start worrying about keeping them safe and they get more firmly cemented into the found family of ub. they already feel like a liability to wayhaven so it’d be like a genuine want but also a guilt want
