Age regression gear

Frist, What is age regression gear? Age regression gear are items an age regressor many use to help them regress or stay regressed. You don't need anything to regress but some may use age regression gear to help them. You are valid even if you dont need/want age regression gear. Here are some examples of age regression gear.

Baby pacis(i dont recommand baby pacis because you can damage your teeth.)

This is just some of the items that you could use as age regression gear. Anything that you use to help you regress/stay regressed is age regression gear. You dont need any of this items so reminder that. If you are on a bugdet the dollarstore is a great place. Just remember your regression is your own so make it comfortable for you.

Caregiver Red Flags

First, let's talk about what a Fake caregiver is. A fake caregiver is someone who takes advantage of you when you are regressed. They don't care for your well-being. These are some red flags to a fake caregiver

They want everything to go their way or no way. For example, you aren't allowed to interact with other littles/caregivers.

They use your regression against you. For example, saying they will tell people if you do something they don't like.

They ignore and overstep boundaries.

They only talk about their problems and ignore you when you try and talk about yours.

They don't talk to you much and leave you when upset or regressed. This would be more than just a one-time thing and would be without warning

You are always justifying their actions all the time

They make you feel bad for the boundaries you have set.

They ask to be your caregiver without knowing you

They only want you for sexual things and sexualize your regression

They only want you regressed when they feel it's ok.

Punish you in inappropriate ways and/or for inappropriate reasons

Make sure if you have a caregiver you can trust them. Look out for these red flags to keep yourself safe.

Caring for a little who was abused

Trigger warning

First I wanna say not every little when through the same events. This means talk to your little about the events ( if they are comfortable) and talk about how you can help them. here are some things that may help but it will depend on your little.

Bring comfort items everywhere you go.

Reassure them all the time about how amazing and loved they are.

Remind them about how much they mean to you.

Praise them over as many things as you can no matter how big or small.

Learn their triggers so you can try and avoid them.

Make a comfort space/bin for your little. it could include little gear, stuffies, snacks, anything that brings your little comfort.

these are just a few of the things you could do there are so many things that your little may need from you that I haven't mentioned. jut listen to your little and understand their needs

Remember no matter what you have gone through it doesn't define you! It made you who you are today! Remember that you are amazing and loved by so many people.

First, let's talk about what a Fake little is. A fake little is someone who uses being regressed to their advantage. They may even fake being regressed. These are some of the red flags to look for.

They pretend to be regressed to get out of serious discussions

They make you care for them after you have stated you need time for yourself

They ask to be your little without getting to know you

Trying to be sexual with you well they are "regressed"

Only cares when you are caring for them and ingore you when you aren't in CG headspace

They overstep and ignore boundaries

They expect you to spoil them and base if you are a good or bad caregiver on the number of things you buy them.

They have no interest in you or your wellbeing

Make sure you can trust your little. Look out for these red flags when looking for a little.
