The weekend was really good. I had multiple moments of disabled joy. For me disabled joy is joy related to my disability for example when I make posts about my disability and that posts get likes or when I answer a question of a parent of an austistic child on Facebook and others tell me that my answers are really helpful.
I had much of such moments on the weekend and such moments make me really happy. I also was shopping with my mom an Saturday and I visited my family’s home on Sunday to avoid interactions with the caretaker I’m scared of and I also wanted to pick stuff from my room at my family’s home and take it to the care home.
Yesterday was a relatively bad day. The morning was okay and ordinary but the rest of the day was relatively bad. My favourite caretaker isn’t at the special workplace for 3 weeks because he is on a rehab. Although yesterday was the first day of his rehab it was hard. Without talking to him the day is boring and working is often very stressing. So I don’t really work at the special workplace / day centre.
Yesterday in the afternoon a caretaker told me that I have an ECG appointment tomorrow in the afternoon. I had a meltdown because of it. Usually they tell me appointments much earlier and appointments after I was at the special workplace / day centre are very hard in general. The additional issues is that I also have an appointment on Wednesday in the afternoon. An appointment after the special workplace on two days in a row is too hard for me. Luckily the caretakers allowed me to stay at home today.
Due to the antidepressant which I currently only take every 2nd day and will take the last time and Wednesday I have much more and severe moving issues than normally. My muscles cramp slightly in a few situations a day and it’s hard to move or holding seating position. When I walk I’m much less stable than usual. Luckily it will very probably go away when I stop taking the medication which is soon.
