One time my family went canoeing in northern wisconsin and my older sister and I had to work together in ours, and we got so angry at each other that we started fighting and she took my paddle and threw it away, which was really fucking dumb because then I couldn’t help move us and she had to paddle us a mile down a river by herself.

We here at FanFit would first like to apologize for the delay in getting this up. You guys have done awesome work, and due to obligations outside of here, we have not been able to congratulate you in the manner and timeframe you deserve. For that, we are very sorry.

However! These three awesome ladies have all met their first goal! Let’s give them a round of applause!

So here’s how this is going to work. Their desired rewards will be posted here. If you want to step up and fill it, shoot us a message to let us know, and we will inform them. If a week has passed since we posted this and no one has responded, we will randomly start tapping other members for the fills. But don’t worry, we won’t tap you for anything you can’t do.

Beka’s reward: A Destiel fic rec list. Preferred specs are rated Explicit, AU preferred but canon divergent accepted, longer fics (50k+ if possible), and angst with a happy ending.

Fishie’s reward: Destiel fanart. Preferred rating is General. Would love something in which Cas is comforted by Dean, but has stated she will be happy with something else if the inspiration strikes one of you lovely members.

Libby’s reward: Stucky fanart. Preferred rating is Teen. Wants an Avengers Pitch Perfect AU, either everyone together on the same team or on separate sides of a sing-off, but Bucky and Steve can’t stop making eyes at each other.

What is your absolutely favourite thing to do? It could be with Action Tot, family or just something that you love doing for you?

I’ll just answer all three of those.

Action Tot: They fucking love coloring, man.  Like, colors all of the things.  And they’re super fun to read to.  We also watch the family-friendly episodes of MST3K together.  They’re still a cuddle bug, too, which I love, except when it means they’ve crawled to lie on top of my head in the middle of the night because they think they’re a hat.

Family: My sister and I have gotten really close since our mom’s health began to decline.  It started out as moral support, but now there’s a genuine camaraderie there that we’ve never had before.  We geek out at each other over fandom stuff, and we both write fanfic, though there’s this unspoken rule that we don’t read each other’s smut because it’s too weird.  So it’s nice to have someone that speaks my language!

For myself: Naps alone.  Coffee alone.  Writing in peace and quiet and alone.  Jigsaw puzzles on my phone.  Going to the hookah bar used to be my favorite thing, but I have neither time nor opportunity for that anymore.  Same with tabletop RPGs/video games.
