How each character is addressed by others, a reference list for me(and anyone who wants it)

Leo:

Called Leo by nearly everyone

Grimm calls him Loveage save for the one time in the tower when he uses Leovander when commanding him to sleep.

Phade calls him Mr. Loveage, understandable formal use of his family name since he's an adult student.

His father calls him Leo and I can't parse if this is due to him seeing Leo as unsuccessful or unworthy, or if for some reason that's his weird way of showing affection because most parents who fall into the "rich and strict" stereotype use their child's full name to avoid showing affection or demonstrate authority.

Outlaws call him Mr. Loveage, normal formal way to address a stranger.

Grimm:

Leo mostly calls him Grimm, but when he's irritated with Grimm or wants to annoy him, he occasionally uses his full first and last name.

Agnes uses both Grimm and Sebastian, though mostly the former

Cassius also refers to him with either name.

His mom calls him Sebastian, no explanation necessary.

Phade calls him Mr. Grimm, same as the formal way he addresses Leo.

Sybilla calls him Grimm.

Agnes:

Leo just calls her Agnes, with the only acception being "Agnesia Quest" when he was irritated by the curse and they had their little tiff.

Grimm uses her first and last names interchangeably

Cassius calls her Agnes.

Leo's father enthusiastically calls her Agnesia, probably wishing her attitude towards sorcery and study would rub off on his son and because he's friends with her parents so Miss Quest or something similar would be too formal.

Cassius: he's only ever called by his first name(his introduction doesn't count here)

Rainer: only called by his first name and is only addressed by Leo and their father since his appearance in the book is short.

Bonuses/favorite non-name scenarios:

Leo saying "brother mine" to Rainer even though he's trying to escape a conversation

The fact that we don't get Leo's father's name, (it makes sense Leo wouldn't use his father's name but we didn't even hear it from anyone else) but we do get his aunt Delilah's name even though she's only present for like one paragraph lol

Best boy Beaugard. I just love his name, that is all.

Please feel free to tell me if you think I missed anything. I'm not going to add every instance of Leo being called Leo though.

So, I'm gonna plop this into my computer and redraw it digitally because I colored outside the line so Agnes's hair messed up her face shape, and also inked Cassius's eyes badly. Otherwise, this is my loose interpretation of these two based on the minimal info we got haha

Maybe I'll do full bodies later? I just wanted faces for now. When I draw Leo and Grimm I lean heavily on the artwork from the Fairyloot version of the book because I have some difficulties with visualization. With that, and the lack of solid details Leo gives us when talking about Agnes and Cassius I wasn't sure if I wanted to try drawing them, but decided to throw caution to the wind.

Details I've found on Agnes after a few re-listens and rereads: dark braids, gold spectacles, tiny scar on her cheek, strong shoulders.

Cassius: short, mousy brown hair, round face and wide eyes(Leo says these details make people underestimate his age, so I assume he looks more like a teen than the 22-ish year olds fifth tiers must be?)

Maybe I should scour the book for character details and make a master list, I'd like to draw Rainer and maybe Phade too eventually.

Agnes: Leo will say "fuck it, we ball" while being visibly malnourished, dehydrated, bags under his eyes and on the verge of insanity.

Agnes: ten seconds later he will collapse and I fuckin wonder why.

Agnes: fuck it we ball indeed.
