Genos, I didn't know you liked knitting! Have you made anything for Saitama? Also maybe try making something for that bald cat you found that one time :O
I made Mr. Saitama a hat last year but he hardly wears it.

No no no, you were trying to help! That was nice! It was the random people reblogging it without comment that I don’t even know that made me uncomfortable.

Yooo !! Thanks for sending an ask, Alice !! <3
May be long post, so read more below!
Saitama and Genos. 34, 25 or 2. Your choice!
I chose 2. “You’re too young to hate the world.”
Genos growled, and his cooling fans roared at the same time, whichwas adorable from Saitama’s perspective, but probably terrifying forthe people it was directed at.
“You will apologize,” Genos said, raising his free hand veryslowly, the other one occupied by groceries. “Take back what yousaid, and apologize to my sensei.”
“For what?” the guy who’d said it snapped. “It’s true. He isbald.”
“You said it very disrespectfully.”
“Genos, calm down.” Saitama took his arm. “Come on, I don’teven care.”
“He was-”
“Come on.”
Saitama did care, obviously, but he’d been called worse. Andseeing Genos get so righteously angry on his behalf was always apick-me-up. He took Genos’ hand, ignoring further comments from theassholes, and walked on.
“People are terrible,” he said, as soon as they were farenough away to not be overheard.
“It’s more than that,” Genos said, fuming. “You get none ofthe respect you deserve, sensei. Those men most likely owe you theirlives. Most of the world does! But no one acknowledges it.”
“That’s not true. I get respect from the people who know.”
“You’re openly mocked for your appearance, even though you’revery handsome-”
“You’re biased.”
“The Hero Association doesn’t give you credit for youraccomplishments, even though many members know about your strength.”Genos pulled his hand free so he could wave it. “And theAssociation in general! It’s not just you. No one does anything toprevent Blizzard from her grip on B Class. Amai Mask is allowed tocontrol promotions.”
“Okay… that’s true. And sucks.”
“Sometimes it feels like no one has any respect any more. Thatwoman at the store, ahead of us! Licked her fingers beforecounting out her money! To hand to the cashier! Why would- That’sdisgusting!”
Saitama found himself smiling. “You’re too young to hate theworld.”
Genos huffed. “I’m right.”
“Didn’t say you weren’t.”
