Hey hey hey—it's all happening! Submissions are due November 4th!!!

Think you’ll finish on time? Hooray!! Please check out our Rules and Guidelines or our Submission Guidelines for a refresher on how to submit your work. 

Worried you might not finish on time? Please send us an email ASAP. If you are asking for an extension, remember to attach your WIP, include an estimate of your final word count, and specify how much additional time you think you’ll need to complete your submission. Please be honest. We are much more likely to be able to accommodate you if we understand exactly where you are in the process. We’ve all been through this – we get that life happens. Mostly, we appreciate clear, prompt communication.

Lastly, If we don’t hear from you by the end of the 4th we may need to assume that you’ve dropped from the fest and call in a pinch-hitter to take your place—so please, make sure to be in touch by or on November 4th, even if it’s not (yet) to send us your wonderful creation!! 

For those of you who have already submitted your fics and art, know that we are hard at work proofing them! If they have not yet been uploaded to AO3, they will be very soon—and we'll send an email once they are! Please let us know if you make any changes to the content! Otherwise, you’re welcome to reread them for any typos we may have missed, check your formatting (minor line edits only!), add tags, and generally gaze adoringly at the awesome work you’ve created!
