And so, four years later I wrote about one of my favorite cities, Maynila.
Last I ranted about was all about the rubbish, small, big and mountainous ones.
Now let’s talk about parking. I don’t really get to watch local news, but last I am aware of was that ur not allowed to purchase a car without having an actual garage to park it to.
So who checks that? Do casas go over ur house to check if u actually have a garage to park it to before letting u buy their product? Like seriously? 🤔
I still see so many parked cars by the side of the road, outside houses, double and sometimes even triple parking. So is this how it’s supposed to be?
I could be wrong and all but is that a real policy? Again, who actually checks?
