People across India are outraged by a BJP fascist gang's destruction of a statue of the important 19th century national reformer Vidyasagar.
On May 15, 2019, comrades from the Socialist Unity Center of India (Communist), AIMSS, AIDSO and other left forces are holding demonstrations throughout the country to raise up Vidyasagar's legacy and push back the ultra-right offensive against the rights of women and national minorities, workers and the very basis of scientific thought.

New Delhi, India: Students led by the All India Democratic Students Organization protest the Education Board’s decision to throw out the results of student exams because of an alleged leak, March 29, 2018.

The All India Democratic Students’ Organisation, organised a March to Parliament to reintroduce pass-fail system from class-1 and demanding adequate infrastructure, sufficient number of teachers on permanent basis and sufficient funds in government schools.
The rally, which was represented by students from various states including Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, started from Guru Nanak Eye Hospital but it was forcefully stopped by police there, so the public meeting has to be conducted there itself.
