If it makes you feel better, I have been to Japan precisely once, when I was 10, and I immediately was like "Why in Japan?" when I saw the picture. There is something very...distictive about Japanese streets.

There is indeed! Japanese streets are really easy to recognise.

The part that makes me mad is that I immediately figured out that it must be Kansai, and with a second look, I knew it was Osaka, and I have even figured out which street it is. I can send you the GPS coordinates if you want to lol.
