so my mental health has been so much worse and we’ve been talking about a possible personality disorder in therapy because we’ve recently confirmed I do in fact have manic and hypomanic episodes (which have resulted in debt) and something happened today. in short got the news I’ll be getting paid 82% less than what I’ve been getting which means if I’m gonna pay for college I wont have enough money to take the bus for rehearsals every week which probably means quitting both shows I’m doing for the time being because I’m not paid to do them

no, you don’t have to date that guy just cuz he wants to date you.

no, you don’t have to stay with her because she doesn’t want to break up.

no, you don’t have to keep dating them even though they haven’t cheated/abused you/whatever horrible thing is your only reference for ending a relationship.

this is basic info, but you’d be surprised at how many women don’t understand this, or feel like it’s not true.
