SILL ‘TRAY FLASHINGS’ TO PROTECT FROM THE DRIVING WIND AND RAIN.
We’ve installed deep & wide colorbond ‘ultra’ sill tray flashings under our Sliding Stacker Doors & Juliette Balcony’s. We need to make sure there is no risk of wind & water penetration at the east facing Glass Wall Systems. It’s critical that we get this part exactly right !

James Hardie’s HardieDeck™ is a premium fibre cement deck board which creates a flat, clean look to connect this homes stylish interior with the beautiful outdoors. This smooth, wide gap-free board system, makes for a stunning outdoor floor which will avoid the traditional risk of damage from the harsh coastal elements - it’s perfect for our Currumbin Beach Project.
Our Lakelands Project is Heading to Completion.
Our whole project is coming together beautifully at Lakelands Golf Estate Merrimac and there is a buzz of activity on-site everyday.
The ‘Fit-Out’ is always such an important part of any building project and we are working very closely with our clients, to ensure their selections and choices all fit perfectly together, the way they have planned.

WELCOME ETHAN WILLIAMS
Ethan is a big young guy making a name for himself with the Currumbin Eagles Rugby League Club and he has been working with us for the past 3 months.
Always keen to improve, not only is he putting in the necessary effort on the football field but he is also putting in a big effort on site every day.
Ethan juggles a busy schedule and handles it well. We can see improvement at work every week - keep up the great work Ethan and before you know it, you’ll be showing Stuart what needs to be done each morning !!

We’re closing in & locking up our ‘New Home Project’ at Lakelands Golf - Merrimac and starting work on the interior finishes.
The job is coming together extremely well and we are excited to be putting together the finishes on this beautiful new family home.
