Are you fed up with being bombarded with different advice? Everyone claiming that THEIR diet is the best?
Provided you maintain a calorie deficit (that means eating fewer calories than you burn off during the day), you WILL lose weight!
You can even lose weight if your diet is not healthy - although it will be much more of a struggle, .... and your body will suffer for it!
Inform yourself as to what each kind of diet involves. Some suit some people, but not others, due to taste, lifestyle, etc. Choose one that you reckon you can stick to... and stick to it!!
When I started on my weightloss/health journey, I tried various diets until I found one that suited ME. I have followed that for around a year now. I find it easy, filling and tastey... I am never hungry... and I have lost a truck-load of weight and feel SO much healthier and fitter! . . . .
